The event will be carried out in a stationary formula only. Participation is free of charge. The language of the event will be English

Horizon4Poland creates a space connecting entrepreneurs and leading institutions in the field of innovation in Poland with European Partnerships and foreign partners, and thus increasing activity in the Horizon Europe competitions. Horizon Europe is the largest research and innovation program in the history of the European Union. Over 7 years (2021-2027), a total of EUR 95.5 billion will be allocated to innovative research and innovative solutions.

The leading theme for this year’s event is “Polish Presidency on the Horizon” and refers to Poland’s assumption of the presidency of the Council of the European Union from January 2025 (along with Cyprus and Denmark).

This year, similar to last event, representatives of various European Partnerships will be also present during the meeting eg.: Virtual Worlds, Batt4UE, EIT InnoEnergy, Solar PV, AI Data and Robotics Association, Clean Aviation, SESAR Joint Undertaking, EP PerMed, BrainHealth. A novelty that we are introducing in this edition will be the participation of business partners who are looking for scientists to cooperate on R&D projects and representatives of institutions that finance R&D projects.

This is the 3rd edition of the event. Last year the conference gathered nearly 400 guests from Poland and abroad. Several thematic tables and places for individual meetings were waiting for the participants. Thanks to the invitation and the presence of representatives of European Partnerships who were speakers at the event, the Horizon4Poland’23 conference was also appreciated by the European Commission. We hope this year will be the same!
