Horizon4Poland is an event dedicated to representatives of the world of business and science. In the current edition on November 13 and 14, 2024, it was also attended by representatives of several European partnerships, including: Virtual Worlds, Batt4UE, Clean Hydrogen Partnership, EIT InnoEnergy, Solar PV, AI Data and Robotics Association, Clean Aviation, SESAR Joint Undertaking, EP PerMed, BrainHealth.

On the second day of the conference, a satellite session dedicated to the topic From Idea to Impact: Navigating the Research Funding Labyrinth was held. During this session, participants received simple tips on how to navigate the labyrinth of research and innovation funding.

Our panelists Adrianna Pawlik, Katarzyna Kulikowska, Katarzyna Dąbrowska and Andrzej Muter emphasized the role and importance of applied research funding and discussed the possibilities of financing innovations by various institutions, including support for startups and small businesses and private investments in research and innovation.

The main point of the program was a panel discussion, during which the moderator asked open questions to the panelists to contrast different points of view. Best practices of cross-sectoral cooperation and perspectives of financing innovation were presented.
