What is the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event?

Organised by the Industrial Contact Points (ICP / BPK), the Horizon Europe Matchmaking Event is a series of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings designed to help participants build valuable connections, exchange expertise, and identify potential partners for business, research, and innovation projects.

Whether you are looking for customers, technology providers, research collaborators, or consortium partners for Horizon Europe proposals, this event offers a unique opportunity to meet the right people in a focused and efficient format.

How does it work?

• Register via the application form available HERE >>>.
• Create your profile and describe your organisation, expertise, project ideas, and the type of cooperation you are looking for.
• Once registered, you will gain access to the participant directory.
• Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you are interested in connecting with.
• Meeting requests must be accepted by both parties, so a clear and detailed profile will significantly increase your chances of arranging relevant and productive meetings.

Meetings can be scheduled until 19 October, and new participants may join the platform throughout the registration period. We therefore encourage you to regularly review the participant list and continue sending meeting requests.

Prior to the event, you will receive a personalised meeting schedule including meeting times and table numbers. Each meeting lasts 15 minutes and can be conducted in English or Polish.
