Horizon4Poland 2026 will serve as a platform for sharing knowledge and experience on securing funding through the Horizon Europe programme and building international project consortia. On this day, theory will meet practice. Participants will not only attend expert panel discussions focused on the development of the innovation ecosystem in Poland and across Europe, but will also discover the latest technological solutions presented by the Łukasiewicz Research Network institutes and the event’s partners. The conference will also provide an opportunity for collective reflection on the next EU financial framework, helping stakeholders prepare for the future edition of the Horizon Europe programme.

The conference will also provide a space for building valuable business and scientific connections. Through three dedicated matchmaking sessions, participants will have the opportunity to meet potential partners for future projects and initiatives. The day will conclude with a networking cocktail reception in the unique setting of The Tides, on the banks of the Vistula River, offering an excellent opportunity for discussions, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of experiences.

Matchmaking and networking sessions

Matchmaking consists of a series of one-to-one, 15-minute meetings with other event participants. After registering, you will gain access to the participant list, allowing you to schedule meetings with individuals and organisations that best match your interests and needs. It is a fast and effective way to build valuable project partnerships and business relationships.

Innovation Expo – showcase area

An exhibition area open throughout the event, showcasing innovative solutions developed by event partners, institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, research organisations, and corporate R&D departments. It will also provide an opportunity to speak with experts about funding opportunities for projects under the Horizon Europe programme.

• Industry Contact Point for Digital Transformation at Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology in Poznań;
• Industry Contact Point for Smart and Clean Mobility at Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation in Warsaw;
• Industry Contact Point for Industry 4.0 at Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP in Warsaw;
• Industry Contact Point for Low-Emission Technologies and Clean Energy at Łukasiewicz Research Network – Warsaw Institute of Technology in Warsaw.
